N&M is a program starting in Angola, where research conducted by the Catholic University of Angola Center for Studies and Scientific Research of (CEIC-UCAN) has said that Talatona-Angola is the economy with the highest rate of early-stage entrepreneurship among 50 economies analyzed in the period 2022 and 2023 [read article], with the core structure being about helping entreprenuers incubate their businesses through an out of the box concept.N

The gaming world offers many things. More than just a quick fix, games can offer skills such as complex problem solving, resource management, personal management, and many more skills that entrepreneurs need to get their businesses off the ground and running.

Our goal is to create a system where we can target farm these skills, and fill in the gaps that are left unfilled. Where entrepreneurs can constantly lean on each other. Where the teaching doesn´t stop at the end of the classroom.

We aim to create a community where entrepreneurs will continue to have the lifelines they need, when they need it that will run side by side with creating a thriving esports communtiy in Angola.
